Processing and packaging times may vary. We will do our best to get your orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible. All sales are final and we do not accept returns; however, Jua is committed to delivering quality products and our goal is for you to be completely satisfied. If you have questions or concerns about any of the products you have purchased or if you have suggestions on what we can do better please share by sending us a message. It will be our pleasure to assist you!

If any delays occur on our end we will inform you promptly. Jua will not be held responsible for mishaps that may occur after the products are shipped or if your product gets lost by USPS. All tracking numbers are provided when the shipping label is printed and should be available in the email that you provided when purchasing. In the event that your package gets lost, please contact USPS.

Should your items arrive with defects, please notify us IMMEDIATELY. You can get in contact with us via the contact page located under "contact us" on the bottom of the home page. Please send an email including your name, order number and a photo of the damaged item. Eligible replacements will be determined on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.
